南水北调西线一期工程雅砻江流域调水区生态水文 被引量:2

Eco-hydrology in Yalongjiang River's transfer area of western route first stage of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

摘要 采用IHA方法分析了雅砻江流域调水区河流调水前的水文资料,提取对基本生态条件维护具有重要意义的月基流量作为特征流量,采用Tennant法评价基流量对生态的有利程度,并对比分析南水北调西线一期调水工程实施后水文站月平均流量对生态的有利程度,间接推求坝址下游近坝段特征基流量,探究调水后月均流量对生态的有利程度,为进一步研究生态调度提供参考.结果表明:随着沿程流量的恢复,甘孜、道孚水文站河段水量能恢复到维持较好的生态水平,朱巴站距离引水坝址相对较近,调水后月平均流量的生态有利程度略差.坝址下游河段调水后月平均流量对生态有利程度明显下降,3个坝址河段5-7月和11月均为"差". This paper uses IHA method to analyze the pre-project discharge data in the Yalongjiang river's transfer area;then takes the monthly low flows as the characteristic flows,which is important to maintain the basic ecological river system;and uses Tennant method to assess them.With taking the characteristic flow as a reference,the paper concerns the advantage to the ecosystem of the monthly average flows post-project in the stations reaches.It still calculates indirectly the monthly low flows downstream the dams and discusses the advantage to the ecosystem of monthly average flows in the dams reaches to help developing the optimization of reservoir operation.The results show that with the restoration of flow along the way,the discharge in Ganzi station and Daofu station have been restored so that the month mean discharge is better to the river ecology after the first stage water diversion project;but in the Zhuba station,it is closer to the dam,the discharge is worse to the river ecology;the monthly mean discharge downstream the dams are too low to support the normal river ecology;the river ecologies downstram of the three dams are "very poor" under the situation of the month mean discharge from May to July and November after the project.
