摘要
目的:观察凯时与腺苷钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选择确诊的2型糖尿病患者合并周围神经病变患者83例,随机分为治疗组43例,对照组40例。治疗组予静脉滴注生理盐水100ml,凯时注射液10ug/日静脉入壶、肌肉注射腺苷钴胺1.5mg/日,连续治疗10天,改为口服腺苷钴胺治疗。对照组只予口服腺苷钴胺治疗。两组均连续治疗30天。观察两组治疗前后症状改善情况。结果:两组临床症状均有改善,治疗组总有效率为86.0%,对照组总有效率为52.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:凯时联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有良好疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combined therapy of type 2 diabetic neuropathy with Lipo PGEI and cobamamide,Methods：83 DPN patients were randoinly divided into two groups,The treatment group was treated with alprostadil 10ug and physiological saline 10Oral ivgtt qd and cobamamide 1.5mg im.qd. After the 10-day treatment,the trestment group was treated cobamamide .The control group was treated with cobamamide. All the treatment was based on .Time of therapy was 30 days, Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86,0%, and of the control group was 52.5%,The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion：Atprostadil combined cobamamide has a good curative effect on DPN.
