文章针对一宗网络赌博案件,详细阐述了案件中犯罪嫌疑人协助赌博网站代理之间款项结算行为的定性分歧观点及理由,以法理的角度从三方面论证分析了该案件中的犯罪嫌疑人帮助赌资流转的双向结算行为及其金额已达到犯罪标准,构成网络赌博罪。
The article particularly expatiated the differences and relevant arguments on the legal nature of the action of helping cash settlement between gambling website＇s agents,aiming at a online gambling criminal case.The author analyzed the assistant action of double direction cash settlement from three legal aspects,making the conclusion that the suspect＇s action has been accorded with the criminal amount criterion and should be convited as the crime of online gambling.
