摘要
针对脉冲MIG焊接系统大惯性和非线性等特点,结合PID和模糊控制两者的优点,设计了基于FPGA的模糊自适应PID控制器,并通过仿真和实际焊接实验验证了该控制器的可行性和有效性。
Combining both the advantages of PID controller and fuzzy control,a fuzzy adaptivePID controller is designed based on FPGA for the characteristics of Pulsed MIG Welding,suchas big inertia and nonlinearity.And the simulations and welding experiments verify that it is thefesibility and validity of the proposed controller.
