摘要
多孔固体对流辐射转换传热技术,也叫传热变换体技术,是强化火焰炉窑传热以提高其热效率的一种节能技术。当前,应用推广的还不够普遍。本文介绍的是该项技术在线材热处理炉上的应用,从收到的效果来看,其经验具有较大的实用价值。
The porous solid material heat transfer technology to convert convection into radiation is a'so called as heat transfer transducer technology, it is a kind of energy-saving technology which strengthes heat transfer in flame furnace so as to raise the furnace thermal efficiency. At present, its introductions and applications are not so popular in China, this paper describes the application of this technique to a wire heat treatment furnace, as seen by the effects obtained the experience has practical value.
