打孔注菌防治光肩星天牛试验研究 被引量:3

Experiment on Controlling Anoplophpra glabripennis (Motsch) with Bore-and-injection using Beauveria bassiana (Bals) Vuill

摘要 用杨、柳、榆树的树皮和木质部浸出液为营养对球孢白僵菌进行生长试验,结果证明球孢白僵菌在3种树木的树皮和木质部的浸出液中都可生长;相同条件下,在树皮中比木质部中产量高,杨树树皮是木质部的3.37倍,柳树是4.73倍,榆树是3.86倍。林间试验证明打孔注菌可以防治光肩星天牛幼虫,含菌量4亿/mL~8亿/mL,每株注150 mL,当年防治效果是70.79%~74.04%,持续效果在72.43%~78.21%,距打孔处0~50 cm天牛死亡率最高,孢子粉为84.44%,菌+代谢产物为83.33%,代谢产物为64.44%。距打孔处0~250 cm,2年的平均防治效果:孢子粉为68.27%,菌+代谢产物为65.63%,代谢产物为49.49%。 Through the growth experiment on Beauveria bassiana (Bals) Vuill with the leaching solution from bark and xylem of poplar, willow and elm as nutrition, the results indicate that Beauveria bassiana (Bals) Vuill can grow in the leaching solutions of these three kinds of tree, and under the same conditions, the yield in bark is high- er than the one in xylem, with 3.37 times for poplar, 4.73 times for willow and 3.86 times for elm. The field trials show that boring and injeeting Beauveria bassiana (Bals) Vuill can control the larvae of Anoplophpra glabripennis (Motsch) , with the amount of bacteria at 400 million/L - 800 million/L and 150 mL for each tree, and the control effect for the same year is 70. 79% ~ 74. 04%, the sustatinable control effect is 78.21% -72. 43%. The death rate of Anoplophpra glabripennis (Motsch) at 0 -50 cm from the boring, with 84. 44% for spore powder, 83.33% for bacteria + metabolites and 64.44% for metabolites. At 0 -250 cm from the boring, the mean control effect for 2 years of spore powder is 68.27%, the one of bacteria + metabolites is 65.63%, and the one of metabolites is 49.49%.
