摘要
以牡丹品种‘凤丹白’为试材,研究了不同激素组合和基本培养基对牡丹成熟胚快速成苗的影响,同时对牡丹试管苗的移栽驯化进行探索。结果表明:‘凤丹白’成熟胚快繁的最佳培养基为:1/2MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;在组培苗移栽驯化过程中,最适宜的基质配比为:腐殖土∶洛阳园土=1∶1,幼苗成活率最高达到83%。
Taking peony ＇Fengdanbai＇ as test material,the effects of different hormone combination and basic medium on seedling establishment were studied,and domastication of tissue culture seedlings were explored.The results indicated that the best medium for rapid propagation of peony ＇Fengdanbai＇ was 1/2MS＋6-BA 1.5 mg/L＋NAA 1.0 mg/L;Appropriate matrix for domestication was humus ：＇Luoyang＇ soil=1∶1.Plantlets survival rate reached 83% when transplanted on the mixture（humus 1∶luoyang soil 1）.
