阿托伐他汀对脑梗死急性期患者IL-6及血脂的影响

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对脑梗死急性期患者IL-6及血脂的影响。方法 70例患者随机分成对照组及治疗组各35例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐汀。4周后比较2组患者治疗前后血清IL-6及血脂浓度的变化。结果治疗后,2组血清IL-6及血脂浓度变化比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可降低脑梗死急性期患者的IL-6及血脂水平,对治疗脑梗死急性期疗效显著。
