摘要 文章分析了活性白土生产废水产生、处理及回收利用现状,指出了其处理、回收利用现有技术中所存在的问题,提出了利用活性白土生产废水制取聚硅硫酸铝、明矾、冰晶石等新技术。采用所提技术不仅可有效解决活性白土生产废水的治理问题,而且可充分回收利用其中的有用成分,制取市场需求旺盛的化工产品,获得良好的环保效益和经济效益。 In the paper,the present state of production,treatment,and recycling of wastewater from activated clay process were analyzed.The problems in the existing technology of the treatment and recycling were pointed out.The new technologies of preparing polysilicon aluminum sulfate,alum and cryolite via the wastewater were presented.The proposed technologies not only effectively solved the problems in treatment of the wastewater,but also significantly recycled the useful components in it,produced chemical products for the market demand and obtained good environmental and economic benefits.
