2005~2009年武汉市洪山区餐饮业从业人员HBsAg及ALT检测结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the HBsAg and ALT of the restaurant employees in Hongshan,Wuhan from 2005 to 2009

摘要 目的:了解武汉市洪山区餐饮业从业人员HBV感染及肝功能状况,为该市乙肝防控提供依据。方法:对2005~2009年武汉市洪山区餐饮业从业人员HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常情况进行统计分析。结果:2005~2009年从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为2.07%、2.0%、1.81%、1.67%、1.62%,17~岁年龄组携带率最高,而50~60年龄组偏低,男性高于女性。小餐馆从业人员携带率最高,而酒店、宾馆从业人员偏低。男性ALT异常率高于女性,小餐馆ALT异常率偏高,酒店、宾馆从业人员偏低。结论:武汉市洪山区应继续加强餐饮业从业人员的管理及乙肝防治知识的培训,提高乙肝疫苗接种率等干预措施,降低餐饮业从业人员的HBV携带率。 Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the states of HBV infection and hepatic function of the restaurant employees in Hongshan,Wuhan,and provide evidence for the Prevention of Hepatitis B(HB).Methods: The positive rates of HBsAg and abnormality of ALT of the restaurant employees in Hongshan,Wuhan from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed using statistical analysis.Results: The positive rates of HBsAg in 2005,2006,2007,2008and 2009 were respectively 2.07%,2.0%,1.81%,1.67%and 1.62%.The highest carrier rate was in 17-year-old age group,but lower in 50,60-year-old age group with a state higher in men than women.And the highest carrier rate was also in the small restaurant employees,but lower in hotels employees.The Abnormal rate of ATT in male was higher than in female with a state of the higher in the small restaurant employees,but lower in hotels employees.Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the management of restaurant employees and training in prevention and treatment of HB,and increase the vaccination rate of HB in order to decrease the carrier rate of HBV in restaurant employees.
