摘要
以氰钴胺、甲钴胺和腺苷钴胺的水溶液对维生素B12的缺陷菌——德氏乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus delbrueckiiATCC 7830)进行刺激生长试验,证明出不同钴胺素对该种细菌生长速度的影响不同。
To design an growth stimulation experiment of VB12 defective bacteria,lactobacillus delbrueckii（ATCC 7830） in aqueous solution of cyanocobalamin,methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.This experiment proved that influence of different cobalamin on its test baterial growth rate is different.
