摘要
目的:本课题研究积极探索社区戒毒康复的新模式。方法:将以社区戒毒康复指导室为平台,积极利用社会资源,把影响吸毒人员戒毒康复的各种因素如生理,心理、家庭、经济、情感、社会、药物滥用等看作一个系统,并且对系统的每一个部分进行评估;通过评估找出影响戒毒康复的主要问题,并对主要问题进行专项量表进行量化或定性评估;根据个性化的评估结果对影响戒毒康复迫切、优先需要解决的实际问题,通过多部门联动合作进行系统干预;通过干预前后的对照以明确社区多部门系统干预对社区戒毒康复的作用。结果:项目通过研究建立多部门联动组织网络机构和保障机制。建立一套适用于社区戒毒康复对象的评估体系。通过先评估及个性化综合性的多部门系统干预促进了对象多方面的改变,减少复吸,改变了生活、行为方式和健全人格,回归、融入了社会,也提高了禁毒社会工作者对社区戒毒康复对象进行干预的理论和工作能力。结论:项目研究初步建立了一条系统、科学、高效,可及、人力成本低廉的社区戒毒康复新路。
Objective：This project intended to actively explore a new mode of drug rehabilitation in community. Methods：Taking drug rehabilitation guiding room in community as base, we actively made a good use of social resources, and regarded negative impacts for addicts in such fields as physiology, psychology, family, economy, emotion, society and drug abusing as an integrated system. Af- ter that, we firstly assessed every aspect of the system to discover major factor in impeding drug rehabilitation, then reassessed this ma- jor factor ; secondly, every section of community worked together to intervene in practical problems of drug rehabilitation systematically which were the problems need to be solved urgently and primarily; finally, we made a clear distinction between before and ＇after inter- vention to reveal community sections systematical influence in drug rehabilitation. Results：The project studied sections networks and safeguard mechanisms to set up an assessment system of drug rehabilitation for community addicts. Assessment and integrated systemat- ical intervention forced addicts to become new men, reduce relapse, change their life style, establish good personality and reintegrate themselves into society, which also strengthened drug control social workers＇ theory and ability in intervening drug rehabilitation. Conclusion：The project set up a new mode which is systematical, scientific, effective, practical and low cost in community drug rehabilitation.
