摘要
教练员与运动员的关系,是从事竞技体育的社会群体中最基本、最核心的关系。我国相关研究存在的问题主要表现为:重视教练员,忽略运动员;静态研究多,动态研究少;国外理论移植多,本土理论建构少;定量研究多,质性研究少等。建议:根据我国政治、经济、文化和社会制度的内在要求,科学设计研究方案,进一步拓宽研究视野,有针对性地开展动态追踪研究,对国外理论进行改造移植,加强本土化理论体系建构,推动"教练员—运动员关系"研究向科学化、系统化、本土化方向发展。
The relationship between coach and athlete is the most basic and core in the social groups engaged in competitive sports. This research indicates the problems as follows, more attentions to coaches with athletes ignoreed; more static researches with fewer dynamic ones; more quantitative researches with fewer qualitative ones; more theories from abroad with fewer domestic ones. Therefore, those measures, for example, scientific research programs are designed, the views are broadened, the latest development are traced and foreign theories are renovated, should be carried out to promote a better ＂coach-athlete relationship＂.
