摘要
目的探讨子午流注治疗仪在老年患者中应用的护理安全性。方法遵照医生医嘱，对215例老年患者应用子午流注治疗仪进行开穴与治疗20min，治疗前后测量患者脉搏、呼吸、血压，观察贴电极片局部皮肤有无过敏改变，询问患者有无针感（酸、麻、胀、痛）。结果患者治疗前后脉搏分别为（73．04±6．739），（73．29±6．443）次／min；呼吸分别为（14．10±1．737），（14．08±1．716）次／min，治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义（t分别为-1．035，1．639；P〉0．05）；血压治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；100％患者产生针感，无一例局部皮肤过敏症状。结论子午流注治疗仪在老年患者中的应用具有护理安全性。
Objective To discuss the nursing safety of meridian ebb-flow therapeutic equipment in elderly patients. Methods 215 elderly patients were treated with meridian ebb-flow therapeutic equipment for 20 minutes according to the doctor＇ s advice. Vital signs （pulse, breathing and BP） of the patients were measured, allergic signs of local skin were observed and acupuncture feeling （ sour, numbness, swelling and pain） were asked before and after the therapy. Results Average pulses of the patients were （73.04 ±6.739） and （73.29 ± 6.443 ） per minute before and after the therapy, while the breathing rates were （ 14.10 ±1. 737 ） and （ 14.08 ± 1. 716） ,the difference was not statistically significant （ t = - 1. 035, 1. 639, respectively, P 〉 0. 05）. There was no significant difference regarding BP before and after the therapy （P 〉0. 05）. 100% of the patients had acupuncture feeling. No allergy was reported. Conclusions Meridian ebb-flow therapeutic equipment has the advantage of nursing safety in elderly patients.
