Ag负载SnO_2/TiO_2复合光催化剂的合成及其废水处理

Synthesis of SnO_2/TiO_2 composite photocatalyst loaded with Ag nanoparticles and its application in wastewater treatment

摘要 目的合成Ag负载SnO2/TiO2复合光催化剂,并对其在废水处理中的应用加以研究。方法以钛酸四丁酯、无水乙醇和四氯化锡为原料,采用光还原法制备载Ag纳米SnO2/TiO2光催化剂,以罗丹明B为模型污染物,借助XRD和UV-Vis等测试手段研究了SnO2/TiO2复合光催化剂的UV-Vis吸收光谱和光催化活性。结果纳米SnO2/TiO2光催化剂的最佳钛锡比为156∶1时的光催化剂具有较高的光催化活性;在氙灯照射下,Ag负载SnO2/TiO2的活性明显增强,具有很强的可见光活性。废水处理实验结果表明,太阳光照射2 h,炼油厂废水COD值由原始的844 mg/L降低至472mg/L,去除率为44.08%,照光5 h,COD去除率为76.78%,且色度和气味均全部去除。载Ag纳米SnO2/TiO2复合光催化剂(摩尔比为1∶1)对炼油厂废水COD有较高的去除效果。结论以最佳工艺条件下制备的TiO2为原料,采用光还原法成功制备出载Ag纳米SnO2/TiO2复合光催化剂,适用于采油厂工业废水的处理,太阳光下照射5 h,COD去除率可达76.78%。 Aim To synthesize SnO2/TiO2 composite photocatalyst loaded with Ag nanoparticles and to study its applications in wastewater treatment.Methods With Ti(n-C4H9)4,CH3CH2OH and SnCl4 as the raw material,SnO2/TiO2 composite photocatalyst loaded with nanoparticles was prepared via sol-gel process and photo-reduction.Rhodamine B was selected as the model pollutant to investigate UV Vis-absorption spectrum and photocatalytic activity of the composite photocatalyst by means of XRD,UV-Vis and so on.The effect of the composite ratio of SnO2 and TiO2 on the photocatalytic activity of the synthesized samples was also discussed.Results When the best ratio of titanium and tin in the nano-TiO2/SnO2 photocatalyst is 156∶1,the photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst is high;Under the xenon lamp,the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/SnO2 loaded with Ag nanoparticles not only enhanced obviously,but it also has a very strong visible light activity.Experimental results of wastewater treatment show that the value of COD in the sunlight for 2 h in the refinery wastewater is reduced from 844 mg/L to 472 mg/L,removal rate is up to 44.08%;and the removal rate of COD in the light for 5 h,is 76.78%,and its chroma and smell are both removed.When the molar ratio of SnO2/TiO2 composite photocatalyst loaded with Ag is 1∶1(molar ratio),the removal efficiency COD in refinery wastewater is higher.Conclusion The nano-TiO2 synthesized under optimization condition was used to prepare TiO2 photocatalyst loaded with Ag nanoparticles by a photoreduction process.The photocatalytic degradation results showed that the as-prepared TiO2 photocatalyst loaded with Ag nanoparticles has good performance in treatment of wastewater in oil production plant,COD removal efficiency in wastewater is 76.78% under the sun-light for 5 h.
