摘要
目的构建临床专题数据库,提高大型血液透析中心患者护理管理过程中各项信息处理的质量和工作效率,使该特定内容的管理实现信息化、科学化、规范化。方法应用Microsoft Office 2007组件中的Access 2007完成数据库的构建并进行血液透析患者信息数据的录入、保存、检索查询和数理统计等工作。结果成功构建了血液透析患者护理管理专题信息数据库,并系统、规范地收集了2010年1-6月在我院肾内科血液透析中心行血液透析的836例患者各类相关信息,在血液透析患者护理管理、日程安排和相关数据保存、检索查询和数理统计等方面发挥了重要作用。结论应用Access 2007开发的血液透析患者护理管理专题数据库系统具有简便易用、安全可靠、维护方便、有较强通用性和一定拓展移植性的特点,大大提高了工作效率;应用Access 2007建立临床专题数据库是目前最简单实用的方法之一,亦适合于其他医疗专科项目的开发使用。
Objective To elevate the quality and efficiency of information management in patients undergoing hemodialysis and make it more informationized,scientific and standardized.Methods The database was established with Access 2007 which is a part of Microsoft Office 2007 software.Then the necessary information data of patients undergoing hemodialysis was entried,recorded,retrieved analyzed and statistically.Results The nursing information database of patients undergoing hemodialysis was successfully established to collect the data of 836 patients undergoing hemodialysis in Nephrology Department of Xinqiao Hospital from 2010 Jan to 2010 Jun,which played a vital role in the nursing management,schedule,search queries of related data and mathematical statistics.Conclusion The nursing information database of patients undergoing hemodialysis established using Access 2007 is characterized by conviniece,safety,reliability,easy maintenance,strong versatility and expanding portability of certain features,which may significantly improve work efficiency.It is one of the simplest and most practical way to establish a database of clinical subjects by Access 2007 and deserves further application in other medical speciallities.
