载人航天器密封舱微量有害气体质谱检测方法 被引量:11

摘要 介绍了采用小型真空质谱计进行载人航天器密封舱内多组分微量有害气体的检测方法。通过测量微量气体浓度,实现密封舱内多种微量有害气体在线监测。给出了甲苯、二甲苯、二氯甲烷、甲烷、丙酮等5种气体的相对灵敏度试验数据,验证了现有小型真空质谱计最小可检浓度可以达到1ppm要求。研究结果表明,采用小型真空质谱计进行舱内微量有害气体浓度监测是可行的。 Detection of multi-component harmful trace gases in manned spacecraft capsule by miniature vacuum mass spectrometer was introduced. Online monitoring of a variety of harmful trace gases in the capsule was realized through detecting the gas concentration. Experimental data of relative sensitivity of some gases such as toluene, dimethylbenzene, dichloromethane, methane and acetone were given and the experiment also verified that the minimum detectable concentration of before-mentioned gases can reach lppm. The results indicated that monitoring of harmful trace gas concentration by miniature vacuum mass spectrometer in manned spacecraft capsule is feasible.
