摘要
基于疾病监测以个案为基础的疾病信息资源、以事件为基础的决策信息资源、以样本为基础的实验室信息资源、以组织机构为基础的管理信息资源的时间、空间信息六要素,开发WebGIS应用平台,实现在线自定义GIS专题分析、空间地理分布描述和基于时空分析模型的疾病监测GIS专题分析应用。
Based on disease surveillance to case for Foundation of disease information resources, and to event for Foundation of decision information resources, and to sample for Foundation of laboratory information resources, and to organization institutions for Foundation of management information resources of time, and space information information six elements, development WebGIS application platform, implementation online since defined GIS topics analysis, and space geographic distribution description and based on spatio-temporal analysis model of disease surveillance GIS topics analysis application.
