中药有效成分抗肺癌分子机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 0引言 肺癌是目前严重威胁人类生命和健康的一种重大疾病,其发生率和病死率已占全球多数大中城市恶性肿瘤的首位。研究已表明,肺癌是外界致癌因素作用下,机体细胞基因组中某些分子发生改变而导致的恶性肿瘤。肺癌细胞中存在信号转导、细胞周期等的异常,往往引起细胞无控的增殖和凋亡抑制。
