摘要
目的：探讨还原性谷胱甘肽治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并肝损伤的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2007年9月～2010年7月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肝损害患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，两组患者均采用基础治疗和保肝治疗，治疗组患者加用还原性谷胱甘肽，治疗10d，比较两组患者的肝功能恢复情况以及两组患者住院天数、住院费用。结果：治疗组显效21例，有效7例，无效2例，总有效率为93．33％；对照组显效18例，有效6例，无效6例，总有效率为80．00％；治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者住院天数短、住院费用低，与对照组患者比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：还原性谷胱甘肽治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肝损害，疗效满意，值得在临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation liver damage. Methods： 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with clinical data of patients with liver damage in our hospital in September 2007 to July 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, two group patients were treated with basic therapy and liver, treat- ment group increased reduced glutathione, treated 10 days, compared two groups of patients with liver function recovery, and two groups of patients length of stay, hospital costs. Results： The treatment group 21 cases had marked effect, effective in 7 cases, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33%; control group 18 cases had marked effect, effective in 6 cases, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 80.00%, the treatment group were significantly better than control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The hospitalization days, hospital costs of treatment group were lower compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of glutathione in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with liver damage is satisfactory, is worth using in clinic.
