包皮环切术后硬化性苔藓2例

摘要 例1.28岁,因龟头包皮白色斑片伴触痛1年余于2010年12月5日就诊于我科门诊。患者9岁时因包皮过长曾行包皮环切手术1次,因效果不佳15岁再次行包皮环切手术,1年前发现包皮内侧出现白色斑片、触痛,很快发展至龟头,当地诊为＂外阴白斑＂予以＂外用药膏＂治疗（具体不祥）,治疗无效而来我院就诊。体格检查未见异常。皮肤科情况：包皮、龟头及冠状沟可见瓷白色斑片,稍萎缩,皱褶处见少量细碎鳞屑。
