椰壳制备活性炭负载氧化铜处理酸性大红GR染料废水 被引量:11

Treatment of Acid Bright Red GR Simulation Dyeing Wastewater by Copper Oxide Loaded on Activated carbon Prepared with Coconut Shell

摘要 以海南废弃椰壳为原料,采用化学活化法(H3PO4为活化剂)制备椰壳粉末活性炭负载氧化铜催化剂处理酸性大红GR染料废水。研究了椰壳粉末活性炭的制备及负载金属氧化铜的工艺条件,用单因素实验法分别考察了磷酸浓度、液固比、活化温度、活化时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及硝酸铜用量对废水中COD和色度去除率的影响。结果表明:制备椰壳粉末活性炭负载氧化铜催化剂的最优条件为:磷酸浓度65%,液固比31,活化温度600℃,活化时间2.5 h,硝酸铜溶液(0.5 mol.L-1)用量15 mL,焙烧温度300℃,焙烧时间2.5 h。用此条件下制备的样品处理废水可使COD和色度的去除率分别达到97.48%和99.98%,其相应的出水指标分别为16 mg.L-1和5倍数,均达到我国纺织染整工业污染排放标准GB4287—92规定的一级排放标准。 The activated carbon loaded copper oxide catalyst was prepared from Hainan abandoned coconut shells using chemical activation method and applied for treatment of acid bright red GR simulation dyeing wastewater. The effects of phosphoric acid concentration, ratio of liquid to solid, activating temperature, activating time, calcining time, calcining temperature and use level of Cu (NO3 )2 solutionon on the COD and color removal rates were investigated by single experiment method . The results showed that the optimal parameters of the above factors are :65% (in mass) ,3 : 1,600 ℃ ,2.5 h,2.5 h,300 ℃ and 15 mL,respeetively. By using the prepared catalyst,the COD and color removal rates reached 97.48% and 99.98% , and their corresponding discharge indexes were 16 mg · L-1 and 5 diluent fold respectively,which meets the emission standards regulated in the "Dyeing and Finishing Industry Pollution Discharge Standards GB 4287" issued by Chinese government.
