摘要
以黑莓品种‘Black Butte’的带芽茎段为外植体进行组织培养研究。结果表明,基本培养基的成分、激素种类和浓度对‘Black Butte’不定芽增殖和生长均有显著影响。综合分析认为,较适基本培养基是添加0.05mmol/L铁盐的MS培养基,较适增殖培养基为MS+0.05 mmol/L铁盐+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L IBA,较适生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.05 mmol/L铁盐+0.01 mg/L NAA。
The stem segments with auxiliary buds of ' Black Butte' were cultured as explants. The results showed that the effects of the chemical composition, hormone and concentrations of minimal medium on shoot proliferation and growth were significant . It was concluded that the optimum medium for growth of explants was MS + 0.05 mmol/L molysite, the opti- mum medium for proliferation was MS + 0. 05 mmol/L molysite + 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.3 mg/L IBA, the optimum medium for rooting of transferring plantlets was 1/2 MS + 0.05 mmol/L molysite + 0. 01 mg/L NAA.
