摘要
考察了硅橡胶热失重检测过程中,加热温度和加热时间对测试结果的影响。结果表明,RTV-2硅橡胶直接在90℃鼓风干燥箱内加热24 h后测得的质量损失率与采用标准检测方法测得的结果的相对误差为0.30%~3.49%。因此,快速检测法可作为非型式检验时快速测定RTV-2硅橡胶热失重的检测方法。
The effects of heating temperature and heating time on the result of test in TG testing of RTV-2 silicone rubber were studied.Results showed that the ratio of difference of TG data tested by rapid-testing method to that tested by standard testing method was in the range of 0.30 %～3.49 %.The rapid-testing method has the potential of being applied in TG of RTV-2 silicone rubber for non-regular inspection.
