摘要
抗肿瘤药物是目前恶性肿瘤的基本治疗措施之一,但绝大多数抗肿瘤药物均可引起不同程度的肝功能损害。本文分析抗肿瘤药物引起肝损害的发生机制、类型、诊断及其治疗,综述抗肿瘤药物对肝脏的影响及其在肝病患者中的应用。
Antineoplastic drug chemotherapy is now a basic treatment against malignant tumors. But the vast majority of anticancer drugs may cause liver injury. This review describes the mechanisms, types, diagnosis and treatment of liver injury caused by antineoplastic drugs including chemotherapy application in patients with liver diseases.
