摘要
烟叶复烤生产线加热区的排潮率是反映烟叶中含水多少的关键参数之一,但难以直接在线测量。为此,本论文将软测量技术应用于烟叶的复烤过程,以实现排潮率的在线软测量。论文采用多元线性回归分析法,建立了排潮率的软测量模型并对拟合和预测结果进行了分析,表明其软测量模型具有较好的预测效果。同时,将排潮率的软测量模型与力控6.0组态软件相结合,实现了烟叶复烤生产线干燥区的实时监控。
Moisture eliminating ratio of heating zone of tobacco leafredrying line is one of key parameters to measure how much water contained in the tobacco leaf, which hardly is directly measured online, soft-sensing technology is applied to the process of tobaccl leaf's redrying, to establish the soft-sensing model of moisture eliminating ratio. By comprasion that Multiple linear regressions analysis method get the analysis result, fitting and predicition curve, which show the soft-sensing has significant advantages in the modeling of moisture eliminating ratio. Meanwhile soft-sensing model of moisture eliminating ratio combines with force control software 6.0, which achieve the monitoring system of drying area of tobacco leaf redrying line
