健康麋鹿自由基代谢水平测定与分析 被引量:3

摘要 麋鹿机体内的自由基代谢物超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)等能清除体内过多的自由基,使机体自由基的生成和清除处于动态平衡中,其含量的变化对于健康监测有重要意义。2009年12月~2010年8月,应用邻苯三酚改良法和硫代巴比妥酸缩合法分别测定了79只健康麋鹿血清SOD活性和MDA含量,比较了不同年龄、性别间自由基代谢水平的差异性。结果发现在各年龄段雄性个体SOD的活性均高于雌性,幼年、青年、成年和老年阶段雄性个性的活性比雌性个体的活性分别增加了3.14%、0.37%、20.96%和7.67%。雄性MDA含量均值比雌性增加了2.37%。按性别进行分组,做自由基代谢水平的差异性分析,发现SOD存在显著性差异,MDA不存在显著性差异。 The Père David's deer's free radical metabolite,such as superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialchehyche(MDA) could eliminate excessive body free radicals,adjust the dynamic balance of free radical's generate and eliminate.Their contents level is significant to health monitoring.From December 2009 to August 2010,adjacent pyrogallol improved method and thibabituric acid method was used to determine 79 healthy Père David's deer's SOD and MDA contents under different age and sex.The result showed that:activities of SOD in male were higher in some extent than female among all age groups by 3.14% increase for young,0.37% for youth,20.96% for adult and 7.67% for old,respectively.Average of MDA in male is higher than in females by 2.37% increased.After significant difference analysis on free radical metabolism,SOD was found significantly different between male and female,but MDA was not.
