摘要
创业企业绩效不仅是创业者考虑的首要问题,也是投资者关注的关键问题。现有的创业企业绩效研究和方法众多,没有取得统一,指标体系的构建也没有达成共识。对创业企业绩效的评价未能兼顾长远,也没有全面反映企业的生存和成长。因此应建立一套创业企业绩效的综合指标体系,既反映企业的现实状况,更反映企业的潜在增长,兼顾静态和动态评价,多层次、多角度、全方位地反映创业企业绩效。
Business performance is not Only the most important issue to be considered by entrepreneurial enterprises but also the key point watched by investors. There are many kinds of performance evaluation methodsand relative index systems which are not consensus. And all these methods are failed to take into account the requirement of company＇s long-term development and not fully reflect the situation of company＇s survival and growth. This paper suggests that a comprehensive performance index system should be established. It should both reflect the reality of the situation and potential growth, both static and dynamic evaluation： It should reflect the performance of entrepreneurial enterprises from multi-level, multi-angle and all-directions.
