摘要
试验以C25混凝土为基准,用废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒等体积取代细骨料制成橡胶混凝土,研究了橡胶颗粒的不同粒径和掺量对混凝土抗渗性能的影响。结果表明:橡胶颗粒掺量为5%时提高了混凝土的抗渗性能;掺量大于5%时,总体上随橡胶掺量的增加混凝土的抗渗性能逐步降低,且橡胶颗粒粒径越大,抗渗性能降低的幅度越大;掺60目橡胶粉混凝土的抗渗性能在0%-30%的掺量范围内随掺量增加而提高,其中以20%掺量为最佳,渗透系数为基准混凝土的48%。
Usng C25 concrete as a base,an experiment of used scrap tire rubber particles isometric replacing by fine aggregate concrete was carried out.The effects on different particle size and mixed quantity of rubber to impermeability of concrete were researched.The results show that rubber mixed quantity of 5% will enhance the impermeability of concrete,in general,when rubber mixed quantity is greater than 5%,the impermeability will reduce gradually increasing as rubber mixed quantity,and the bigger the particle size of rubber is,the greater reduction of impermeability will be.Within the range of 0%-30% rubber mixed quantity,the impermeability of concrete mixed 60 orders rubber will increase with rubber mixed quantity,and 20% is the best,the impermeability coefficient is 48% of the base concrete.
