摘要
目的:探讨细节管理在儿科护理中的作用。方法:对我院2009年6月至2010年6月收治的87例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,然后将患儿随机分为对照组和研究组2组,比较两组患儿的护理效果差异。结果:对照组43例患儿,采用常规护理后,患儿及其家属对护理情况的表现出:非常满意9例,基本满意15例,一般满意6例,不满意13例,满意度为69.76%;研究组44例患儿,除了采用常规护理后更注重细节管理,患儿及其家属的表现为:非常满意22例,基本满意9例,一般满意10例,不满意3例,满意度为93.18%;两组护理方法满意度比较,差异性显著,P<0.05。结论:细节管理在儿科护理中的应用可以提高儿科护理质量,在临床上取得满意的效果,获得较高的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the details management's role in pediatric care.Methods:In our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010,87 cases of children admitted to the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and then were randomly divided into control and study groups.And care effect differences of two groups were compared.Results:In control group,43 cases of children,after the use of conventional care,the care of children and their families on the show-.9 cases of patients were very satisfied,15 cases satisfied,6 cases generally,satisfactory,13 cases unsatisfactory, and satisfaction rate was 69.76%;study group of 44 cases of children,in addition to routine care after more attention to detail management, children and their families were as follows:22 cases of patients were very satisfied,nine cases satisfied,10 cases generally satisfied,3 cases unsatisfactory,and satisfaction rate was 93.18%.There was significantly difference in two groups of nursing satisfaction(P0.05).Conclu- sion:The details management in pediatric nursing care can improve the quality of pediatric care,to achieve a satisfactory clinical results,higher satisfaction,worthy of promotion.
