摘要
介绍了采用微波-超声波-生物酶-化学方法对桑皮纤维进行脱胶的工艺;选取工艺过程中微波处理时间、超声波频率及碱性果胶酶处理时间作为分析对象,进行组合试验,提取桑皮纤维,并对纤维性能进行测试,利用正交试验设计对脱胶方案进行优选,选出最优方案为:微波处理时间为0.5min、超声波处理频率为30 kHz、酶处理时间为4 h。
Degumming technology of mulberry fibre with microwave-ultrasonic wave-biological enzyme-accessorial chemic technique was introduced in this article. The processing time of microwave-biological enzyme and the frequency of ultrasonic wave were selected as analysis objects, then we extracted mulberry fibre according to the combination experiments, tested the fibre properties, and optimized degumming scheme by the orthogonal experimental design. The optimized scheme is as follows : microwave processing time is 0.5 min, ultrasonic frequency is 30 kHz, and enzyme treatment time is 4 h.
