摘要
以凹凸棒土/Poly(HEMA-PEGMA-MAA)纳米复合水凝胶体系为药物载体,初步研究了其对5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-FU)的体外释放性能。结果表明,纳米复合水凝胶体系对5-FU的释放性能受体系中的凹凸棒土含量和环境pH值影响。在温度为37°C,pH=1的缓冲溶液中,5-FU的释放速度和累计释放量均很小,且不受凹凸棒土含量影响。而在温度为37°C,pH=8的缓冲溶液中,5-FU的释放速率以及累积释放量均较大,且他们均随着纳米复合凝胶中的凹凸棒土含量的减少而增加。
Preliminary control release performance of attapulgite/poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-polyethylene glycol methacrylate-methyl acrylic acid) nanocomposite hydrogel was studied in vitro using 5-fluorouracile(5-FU) as the model drug.The result showed that the control release performance of nanocomposite hydrogel was affected by the content of attapulgite and environmental pH value.The release rate and accumulation amount of 5-FU were small and not affected by the content of attapulgite when the temperature was 37 °C and pH was 1.However the release rate and accumulation amount of 5-FU were big and increased with the decrease of attapulgite content when the temperature was 37 °C and pH was 8.
