现代工业系统的发展使接触角和表面自由能的基础研究远落后于工业需求。回顾了接触角及表面自由能理论的发展历程,分析了接触角及表面自由能方法研究的现状,详细介绍了接触角常用的测量方法以及表面自由能计算的方法,并阐述了各种测量和计算方法的特点。认为接触角测量方法和表面自由能计算方法的选择要结合选用液体介质的特性。为具体的测量和计算提供了参考。展望了接触角及表面自由能理论的应用前景。
The development of modern industrial make basic research of contact angles and surface free energy can not meet industrial requirements.The paper summarizes research status of contact angles and surface free energy theory.The common measurements of contact angles and calculation of surface free energy were introduced and their characteristics were expounded.Measurements of contact angles and calculation of surface free energy should be selected according to character of liquid medium.The paper provides reference for specific measurement and calculation.Prospects for contact angles and surface free energy theory have been made.
