摘要
文章探讨了护理部干事在护理管理中扮演多元化角色的定位与素质要求,即:护士角色要求有良好的职业道德和思想素质、秘书角色要求有基本的管理和公关能力、督导者角色要求有敏锐的洞察力和清晰的思维、协调者角色要求有良好的服务意识和人际沟通能力、教师角色要求有广博的知识信息和良好的教师素质、学生角色要求有虚心的学习态度和勤学苦练的精神,以期通过探索、改进和完善每一个角色的内涵,不断塑造良好的综合素质,为护理部干事成长为医院优秀管理骨干做好铺垫。
The article summarized the diversified roles and quality requests of administrative secretary in nursing departments. The role of nurse required good professional ethics and ideological quality. The role of secretary required basic management and public relations capacity. The role of supervisor required keen insight and clear thinking. The role of coordinator required awareness of service and communication skills. The role of teacher required extensive knowledge and the good teacher＇s quality. The role of student required modest attitude and spirit of hard work and practice. Through the exploration, improvement and perfec- tion each of these roles above, administrative secretary in nursing departments were cultivated overall constantly, and prepared for being excellent managers in the hospitals.
