摘要
目的了解骨科门诊患者对就诊流程信息的需求。方法采用自设问卷对384例骨科门诊患者就门诊流程的需求方面进行调查。结果不同性别的患者对获取就诊流程地点存在差异(P<0.05),不同性别、居住地、职业的患者对获取就诊流程方式存在差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论骨科门诊护士应分析门诊患者的特点,采取针对性引导,以提高骨科门诊服务质量。
Objective To explore the needs about treatment process information in orthopedic outpatients. Methods A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate 384 cases of orthopedic outpatients about their needs of treatment process information. Results Acceptance of treatment processes place was significantly different in gender （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Gender, place of residence, occupation of the way patients access to treatment processes were different （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The nurses should take specific measures according to the characteristics of outpatients, so as to improve the quality of outpatient services in orthopedics.
