摘要
高校图书馆对馆员的人文关怀,就是在图书馆的理论研究与工作实践中坚持以馆员为本,重视馆员的作用,满足馆员的合理诉求,从尊重馆员、关心馆员、爱护馆员的原则出发,为馆员提供一个优越、和谐的工作环境,以调动馆员工作的积极性与创造性,激发馆员的工作热情,推动图书馆事业的发展。
Librarians obtaining humanistic solicitude from university libraries refers to that in the theoretical research and working practice, university libraries should adhere to librarian - oriented principle, emphasize the role of librarians and satisfy their rational appeals, and in addition, from the perspective of the principle of showing them respect, love and care, libraries provide them a superior and harmonious working environment, so that their enthusiasm and creativity can be mobilized and activated, to develop the libraries.
