基于电声脉冲法的空间电荷测试技术研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 通过分析传统电声脉冲法被直接测试技术取代的原因,介绍了国内外高温下空间电荷电声脉冲法、连续测量电声脉冲法及三维空间电荷电声脉冲法等新测试技术的研究发展情况,并提出了空间电荷测试技术的发展方向。 Through analyzing the reason of traditional pulse electro-acoustic method substituted by directive testing technology,the development of space charge pulse electro-acoustic method at high temperature,continuous measurement pulse electro-acoustic method and three-dimensional space pulse electro-acoustic method were introduced,and the development direction of space charge testing technology was put forward.
