2型糖尿病患者长期他汀类药物治疗的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者长期应用他汀类药物治疗降低发生心血管事件的风险和安全性。方法选择笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年12月门诊及住院2型糖尿病患者108例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例,观察组除常规用降糖类药物外,同时服用他汀类药物达标后持续小剂量维持治疗。对照组只常规用降糖类药物。结果观察组患者3年内发生心血管事件明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组发生肝酶异常情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者应用长期他汀类药物治疗可显著降低发生心血管事件的风险并且安全性良好。
