门诊输液区患者对护理服务需求的调查分析

摘要 目的了解门诊输液区患者对护理服务需求,为促进护理质量持续改进提供依据。方法以600例门诊输液区患者为研究对象,在调查开展前进行学习研讨,自行设计患者电话咨询表,建立患者个人档案,采用问卷调查法于周一进行护理服务需求调查,一周后电话回访,每周五组织护士评价,测量分析患者的需求。结果问卷调查显示输液前患者对护士操作技能的首要需求最高,输液中对护士能经常巡视的首要需求率占首位,输液后最希望护士讲解有关疾病的预防知识、饮食指导和随诊指征。结论门诊输液人数多,患者流量大,及时了解患者对护理服务的需求并满足其愿望,是体现以人为本护理服务理念的关键。 Objective:To understand what kind of nursing service is requested by patients in outpatient infusion area ,and to offer evidence to improve the the quality of nursing care. Methods:600 patients who were receiving treatment in the outpatient infusion department were surveyed. Before surveying ,we designed the telephone counsel table for patients and set up each patient's file. Every Monday we surveyed the patients by questionair to discover what kind of nursing care service they are looking for, making a call one week later, every Friday nurses evaluate and aualyse the questionair. Results:The best operating skills of nurses is the primary need before patients infusion, nurses should to check the patient during the process of the infusion, and hope nurses can offer the knowledge how to protect disease ,dietary guidance and the indication for coming to hospital to follow up. Conclusion:Because the large number of patients in outpatient infusion department, to understand what kind of nursing care service they are looking for and at the same meet their needs, which is the way to make the concept of patientoriented come true in clinical practice.
