摘要
目的优选复肝宁胶囊提取工艺的最佳工艺条件。方法以出膏率和绿原酸含量为指标,采用正交试验法和HPLC,优选复肝宁胶囊的提取工艺。结果提取最佳工艺条件为浸泡2 h,加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论该工艺条件简单、稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the best process conditions for extraction technique of Fuganning capsules.Methods The quantity of chlorogenic acid and the extraction yield of solid extracts were chosen as indexes,the orthogonal test and HPLC was used to optimize the process conditions.Results The optimal extracting condition was： presoaking in 2 h,adding 10 times of water,extracting 3 times,1 hour each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction technology is stable and efficient.
