摘要
气穴现象是液压系统中一种常见的故障,发生气穴现象时会对系统造成各种危害,从而影响系统的正常运行。本文分析了气穴现象产生的原因、气穴现象的危害性、气穴现象的检测和判断方法,并总结出减小液压系统中气穴现象的主要措施,也为液压系统的设计提供了依据。
Cavitation is a sort of common trouble in hydraulic systems.That can bring many dangers to system and affect normal running when cavitation occurs.This paper analyzes the causes of cavitation,the dangers of cavitation,the testing and judging methods of cavitation,and summarizes the main measures of reducing cavitation in hydraulic system.It also provides the basis for the hydraulic system design.
