摘要
在复合图书馆理论研究和实践的基础上,提出了现代图书馆复合型发展模式。这样的发展模式不是图书馆发展进程中的过渡阶段,而是现代图书馆适应社会发展的自然选择,复合图书馆做为图书馆的一种发展模式将长期存在。复合型资源、复合型技术、复合型馆员、复合型管理、复合型用户和复合型服务是构成复合型发展模式的核心要素。传统图书馆对于文献的加工、整序技术同样适用于现代复合图书馆的信息流程。同时,结合沈阳市委党校的复合图书馆建设对该模式的体系架构进行了分析和研究。
On the basis of research and practice of the compound library,the author proposes a complex development mode of the modern library,which is not a transition in the period of the development of the library.On the contrary,it is a natural choice in accordance with the development of the modern library.Compound library,being one of the library development modes will be existed in a long period.Composite resources,composite technology,compound librarian,compound management,complex user and compound services are core elements that construct multi-skilled development modes.It is also suitable for both traditional library and modern library in the field of document processing and sequencing technology.At the same time,the author makes some researches and studies on this mode according to the fact of Shenyang Party Institute of CPC.
