从邻苯二酚合成3,4-亚甲二氧基硝基苯 被引量:1

Synthesis of 3,4-methylenedioxy-nitrobenzene from catechol

摘要 以邻苯二酚为原料,经亚甲基化和硝化两步反应,得到目标产物3,4-亚甲二氧基硝基苯。亚甲基化反应最佳温度为120℃;硝化反应中,1,2-亚甲二氧基苯与硝酸最佳物质的量比为1∶1.3,硝酸浓度为50%。反应总收率为90.7%,纯度达到99.9%。 Catechol was used as the starting material to give 3,4-methylenedioxy-nitrobenzene which was synthesized by the process of methylenation and nitration. The optimum temperature of the methylenation was 120 ℃. The optimum conditions of nitration were:the molar ratio of 1,2-(methylenedioxy) benzene to nutrate was 1 : 1.3, concentration of HNO3 was 50%. The total yield and the purity of the product were 90.7% and 99.9%.
