酸性条件下Al^(3+)对苜蓿根瘤菌溶磷和分泌生长素能力的影响

Influences of Al^(3+) on Phosphate Solubilization and Auxin Secretion Abilities of Sinorhizobium meliloti under Acidic Conditions

摘要 采用溶磷圈和Salkowski比色法,对酸性条件下铝对耐酸性能极优的两种根瘤菌溶磷和分泌生长素能力的影响进行了研究。结果表明,两种根瘤菌都具有较强的溶磷和分泌生长素的能力,且溶解无机磷的能力更强。在铝毒胁迫下,两菌株均表现出了一定的耐受性,随着铝离子浓度的增加,铝对溶磷和分泌生长素的能力抑制作用增强,相同条件下,菌株S1007较S1002具有更好的溶磷和分泌生长素的性能。 By means of phosphate solubilization ring and Salkowski colorimetry to study the influences of Al3+ on the phosphate solubilization and auxin secretion ability of two acid resistant varieties of rhizobium under acidic conditions. The results showed that the two varieties of rhizobium all have strong ability of phosphate solubilization and auxin secretion, and more apparent ability to dissolve inorganic phosphorus. The two strains all showed certain Al3+ tolerance under stress of Al3+toxicity; the inhibitory effects of Al3+ on ability of phosphate solubilization and auxin secretion increases with increasing concentration of Al3+ Under the same conditions, strain S1007 showed a stronger ability of phosphate solubilization and auxin secretion in comparison with strain S1002.
