摘要 目的:了解急诊科新护士的焦虑状况,针对存在的问题制定相应的对策。方法:对33名急诊科新护士采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)进行调查,与国内常模进行比较,并比较不同文化程度、不同工作时间新护士焦虑分值。结果:急诊科新护士SAS、STAI评分均明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同文化程度急诊科新护士SAS、STAI评分差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),不同工作时间急诊科新护士SAS、STAI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科新护士的心理状态不良,护理管理者应采取各种措施为其提供心理支持。 Objective: To investigate the anxiety status of new nurses in emergency department in order to take corresponding measures.Methods: Anxiety status of 33 new nurses in emergency department was investigated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI) and compared with that of normal model.Besides,anxiety status of nurses with different education background,working time were compared.Results: Significant higher SAS and T-AI scores of the new nurses in emergency department than that of the norm model were observed(P<0.01).Significant differences in anxiety level for nurses with different working time was shown(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in SAS,T-AI sorefor nurses with different education background(P>0.05).Conclusions: New nurses in emergency department show psychological disorders,corresponding mental support should be given to help them.
