摘要
目的:探讨活血通络汤治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:90例患者随机分为2组。对照组口服消心痛片,倍他乐克,肠溶阿斯匹林片;治疗组在对照组基础上加服活血通络汤,2组均以1月为1疗程。结果:治疗组45例,显效32例,有效8例,无效5例,有效率88.89%;对照组45例,显效19例,有效13例,无效13例,有效率71.11%。结论:活血通络汤治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛有显著的临床疗效,不良反应小,依从性好。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in treating Angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi - stagnancy and blood stasis type. Methods： 90 patients who met with the inclusion criteria of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi - stagnancy and blood stasis type were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was orally administered isosor- bide dinitrate tablets, 10 rag, 3 times/d; metoprolol, 12.5 rag, 2 times/d; Enteric - coated aspirin tablets, 100 rag, 1 times/d based on the low - salt and low - fat diet and control of risk factors such as high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol etc. The treatment group was additionally given Huoxue Tongluo Decoction, one formula a day, which was boiled in water for two times. 400ml mixed juice was orally taken twice a day in the morning and evening. Both groups took 28 d as a course of treatment. Results and Conclusion： Huoxue Tongluo Decoction shows significant clinical efficacy in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi - stagnancy and blood stasis type with fewer side effects and good compliance, which is worth further study.
