摘要
作为我国热带地区唯一的综合性国家工程技术研究中心,国家重要热带作物工程技术研究中心(以下简称"热作工程中心")探索出了一种以多种作物为对象,由多种类型科研单位共建,涉及多学科、多领域的农口科研院所类国家工程中心运行新模式。文章从技术研发与集成、人才培养与引进、成果转化与推广、管理模式创新等方面总结分析了该模式的成效,指出该模式能增强热作工程中心技术自主创新能力,提升科技成果转化速度和水平,塑造热带特色旅游品牌,提高重要热带作物产品竞争力等,综合效益十分显著。
As the only comprehensive state engineering and technology research center in tropical region of China,State Engineering and Technology Research Center for Key Tropical Crops explored a new operation model of agricultural research institutes,targeting at multi-crops,co-building by various types of scientific research units,involving multi-disciplinary and multi-field.In this paper,its operating effect was summarized from technology development and integration,talent training and introduction,research Achievement transformation and extension,management model innovation and so on.Practice showed that the operation model could enhance technical innovation ability,ascend science and technology achievements transformation speed and level,create tropical characteristics tourism brand,improve important tropical crops product competitiveness and bring about comprehensive and remarkable benefit.
