摘要
为探索福建省科技人员服务企业长效运行机制,该文总结了目前福建省科技人员服务企业的主要保障措施,分析了现有的服务模式,并从管理体系、政策体系、人才体系、资金体系等体系的构建提出了构建科技人员服务企业长效运行机制的措施。
In order to explore long-term effective mechanisms of scientific and technology personel serving enterpri- ses, this paper summarized main safeguards for Fujian scientific and technology personel serving enterprises, and an- alyzed existing service models. The measures were proposed to construct a long-term and effective mechanism of sci entific and technology personel serving enterprises including management system, policy system, talents, finance etc.
