摘要
目的:本研究旨在调查广州地区无偿献血者中CD36基因的突变频率,填补国内CD36抗原缺失相关的基因突变空白。方法:收集200份健康无偿献血员的血液标本,通过PCR-SSP的方法检测广州地区CD36抗原缺失相关的基因突变频率,统计分析并对比国外报道。结果:在200份血液标本中,一共检测出10个样本产生CD36的基因突变,突变类型、例数和频率分别为:C268T,1例,0.5%;329-330delAC,6例,3.0%;A1237C,3例,1.5%。结论:本课题首次利用PCR-SSP方法检测广州地区无偿献血者CD36基因的突变频率,发现主要突变类型为329-330delAC,其次是A1237C,这与国外报道的主要突变类型,C268T,329-330delAC和949insA有所不同。
Objective:To detect the frequency of CD36 gene mutation in donors in Guangzhou district,and it's the first time to provide the data of gene mutation related to CD36 antigen in China.Methods:A total of 200 blood samples from unrelated health donors were involved and the PCR-SSP method was used to detect the frequency of gene mutation related to CD36 deficiency,then compared it to previous reports.Results:We detected 10 samples from these donors having CD36 gene mutation,the mutation types and frequencies are as follows:1 for C268T,0.5%;6 for 329-330delAC,3.0%;3 for A1237C,1.5%.Conclusion:Here,we first used the PCR-SSP method to detect the mutation frequencies of CD36 in Guangzhou.The 329-330delAC appears to be the major mutation type of CD36 and the A1237C comes to be the secondary in Guangzhou.Our results are somehow different from previous studies which have reported that the major types of CD36 gene mutation were:C268T,329-330delAC and 949insA.
