摘要
首先阐述了城市三维仿真系统在规划管理中的作用,然后结合长沙大河西先导区三维规划审批系统的建设实例,从三维基础数据建库、三维数据库组织管理、系统功能以及运行维护机制等方面对该系统进行阐述,其中着重介绍了采用数字摄影测量技术,利用倾斜摄影成果快速构建和更新城市三维模型的方法。最后简单地介绍利用该系统所做的成功案例。
This article introduces the function of 3d planning system in urban management and planning at first,and then combined with the example of construction of big Hexi District＇s 3d planning system,This article introduces the construction of 3d geodata database,the organization and management of 3d geodata database,system function,and the mechanism of running attention.This Paper introduces the technology of oblique aerial photography,the method of Building and updating Urban 3d models rapidly in detail.The paper introduces the successful examples by using this system at last.
